Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused TAL gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
